I would like to talk about the nurse that was provided to me . She had a chewing gum all the time , and while talking to me she talks very quickly and having a chewing gum in her mouth made her speech not very understandable

From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-kept the office was, which immediately set a positive tone. The staff was welcoming, and the check-in process went smoothly. Dr. Etienne was very professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained to me. I felt comfortable asking questions, and my needs were addressed with care and respect. Overall, I felt good about the quality of care I received and left reassured that I'm in the right hands. I'm grateful to have found a provider who makes me feel both valued and well cared for.
I liked Dr. Etienne a lot. However, I do not like the clinic. It is not warm or welcoming. The receptionist is behind what appears to be bulletproof glass. She barely even looked at me when I checked in. The clinic also seems to be regularly understaffed. It took nearly 2 hours to complete a visit for a simple medication checkup.
Good at listening and doesn't rush you
I think the whole team is fantastic. I really appreciate the nurse who called me and helped me to make an appointment close to me. Made sure I was in good hands and told the doctor and explained my health conditions. The visit was also a great one as well, the nurse and doctor both were super friendly and helpful. I left with all the information I need in printed paper which is also a great help! Thank you!
The care team was amazing. They made me feel comfortable to be myself and voice my concerns. I love the environment they have set there. I'm glad I chose them as my primary healthcare provider.
