I'm very happy with the visit everyone is helpful

The first call into the "office" aka call center seems difficult and impersonal. The call center seems hesitant to pass my request onto my doctor. It feels like the call center is guarding the office/doctor. During the first attempt contacting the call center I was randomly disconnected right at the very end while I was providing my phone number.... I called back 10 seconds later, connected with a completely different person and had to go thru the entire process a second time.

It is the best.

Dr. Tignor always listens to my concerns and asks about any issues prior to evaluating me. He asks questions to gain further insight during my visit and is prompt with responses to questions or concerns I have after my visit. He is a wonderful provider and I truly appreciate him and his staff.
