It is impossible to get an appointment going through the phone! I need a direct number to contact my Dr. I hate the way you triage patients. My provider always tells me to contact him through the portal because if I try and phone, the first available apt. is 6 to 7 months out and this is for a SICK visit. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE
