Caring, knowledgeable, excellent communication about what I need to do to be well

Dr. Chen is very thorough. He is flexible. He sent me lab values after 9pm!!! He is available to his patients at convenient times & even made time for a virtual visit at 5pm on a Saturday. I have never had a doctor care so much & invest so much time on my health. Thank You Dr. Chen!

I've been a patient of Dr. Chen for some years now and and have found both he and the Lake Park staff a accommodating, prompt, easy to talk with, and accommodating. I've had excellent access to desirable appoint scheduling. Add to that the new location is very convenient. I highly recommend Lake Park Family.

I was impressed that Dr. Chen had reviewed my health record prior to the visit. This was my first visit and Dr. Chen took the time to listen and to address any concerns he may have noticed in my past health issues. He also explained how to use the various services offered by the clinic. I did not feel rushed and the staff was very courteous and caring.
