That was my first Teladoc appointment. I was very impressed.

I was exceptionally happy with all aspects of this service. The nurse Elizabeth called me at the exact scheduled time. She asked questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. She sent 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy and they filled than within an hour so I was able to get started on the medication in less than 2 hrs. Thanks to Elizabeth NP for making this experience great and giving me the confidence that I needed to be on the way to feeling better. Thanks to Atrium Cabarrus Family Medicine for offering this service on a holiday weekend.

If you are unable to get an office visit and are sick was an excellent way to be seen. She was very professional and kind.
