Even though there was technical difficulty ( no sound on video) she took it in stride and called me. She was attentive and caring and quickly got to the root of my problem and came up with a plan to get me well again!

The NP was very professional. She had already looked at my chart, read my history notes and those from the two UC doctors that had been seen. She already had a plan of action, knowing what medication she wanted to recommend. I began experiencing an almost immediate difference in how I was feeling, and continue to get better daily.

Elizabeth Maxwell was very nice, very thorough and listened very carefully and correctly diagnosed my issue I believe.
