In my opinion it took too long to get a first patient appointment. With that said, Dr. Williams was very professional and explained in detail the test results and what this could possibly mean as far as a diagnosis and next steps. We were very pleased with how the appointment went and next steps.
She was on time she communicates very well she doesn't make me feel like a number. She makes me feel like I'm getting my questions answered every time. She's an amazing doctor if she has very good bedside services.

I felt like my concerns weren't heard and weren't valid. Dr. Williams doesn't have much compassion either. This is my second appointment with her and may consider requesting a different provider after my next visit.
