I was immediately assisted and my appointment was on time. Dr. Williams was extremely knowledgeable with my treatment as I was at ease in a comfortable environment.
My care provider have time to explain everything to me.
Front desk lady could be more customer service oriented didn't feel very welcoming but besides that everyone else seemed very friendly and professional
i wish doctors would be more knowledgeable of what we pay for our visit and blood work. I Can not afford to keep coming in and no treatment. I reached out to a specialist for care not a counselor
She has the personality of a dead fish. I honestly felt uncomfortable as I'm a nice person but she did not present herself very friendly and seemed like she definitely did not want to be there. If there were other endo doctors, I would switch, but unfortunately I don't have many options.

She said to follow up in 2 months but doesn't have an appointment for 4 months. Not sure what to do I. The mean time. Just suffer and wonder, I guess.
She wasn't attentive, she wasn't interested in knowing my problem. She was very automatic.
