Dr. Kondragunta was very through and professional. She took time answering all of my questions and was not in a hurry to leave. She gave thought to one of my questions and followed up with it. She also messaged me explanations of my teat results in a very timely manor. This was the first time to visit her as my provider and I was very pleased with the visit.

When someone needs pain medication and they're not allowed to get it because of addicts that isn't right when somebody who needs pain medication gets nothing I think it's just just be controlled by each individual and doctor

She is kind and patient and knowledgeable. She listens and seems to care about your health. She is a nice mixture, you want to feel your doctor cares about you as an individual but also will provide the best care for you. She seems to be honest as well, she will listen but also tell you what she feels is quality care.

I had a 720 appointment on purpose waited till 740 to be taken back to with till 810 to be told my dr was on a virtual visit I arrived at 705 per instructions. As I see I was bumped by a virtual visit and I was not happy by this inconvenience
