The care provider was not to blame for the scheduler's error. The scheduler told me my appointment was for 10:00am. I asked again to verify & she again said it was 10:00am. But the evening before my appointment I received a reminder that my appointment was for 8:30am! I nearly missed the appointment! Please make sure they give consistent information so it does not inconvenience me or my doctor.
Dr. Kondragunta is thoroughly attentive to every detail from listening to what ails you, to ordering appropriate test, or making referrals to the appropriate physician. She is a top-notch physician.

Dr. K is fantastic. Great dialogue. She was very clear about the next steps, which has decreased my anxiety about my hip. And the X ray tech was also great - again more dialogue!
