Absolutely loved Jakita! So glad I chose this office!

My experience with the provider was 100% professional and timely. However my experience with having blood drawn was not satisfactory at all. I was instructed to sit in the waiting area until called back. When I passed the area where they draw blood there were no patients being attended to and there was no one else in the sitting area when first sat down. After 12-15 minutes a young man came and sat down and was called back within 3-4 minutes to have his blood drawn. The kind lady at the checkout desk took notice that was still waiting and asked my name and went back and spoke to the nurses and I was called back to get my bloodwork completed shortly afterwards. I sat for more than 20 minutes wait to get my blood drawn and I think there ma room for improvement there.

This was my first visit with this health care provider so it's probably too early for me to form any strong impressions about her capabilities. I was listened to when I stated that I did NOT want any procedures that were invasive, so that's a good start. I don't yet know what the cause of my health problem is, so I don't yet have a treatment plan. I'll just have to wait and see what the test results say, what the outcome of the referral will be, and so on.

I absolutely love coming to Dr. Jakita Strong. She listen and provides excellent care.
