The care provider and all support team are nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and excellent in explaining next steps and including me the process. My labs indicated a reduction sufficient enough to consider a referral. I was provided the results by text and my provider followed up promptly with a message asking if I would consent to a specialist referral. Professional, thorough courteous, and timely.
