Positive: I got lost and ended up being late for my appointment, missing my time. I was happy to get a new appointment for an hour later. Positive: I liked that the doctor had reviewed my files, as I was a new patient. He asked me for my concerns and listened to everything. He addressed one concern with a proactive response, which I appreciated. Suggestion: I realized that I forgot to share one item of concern. Possible suggestion: Ask: Is there anything else that relates to your health that we have not discussed today.
I was supposed to have two prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. The provider only sent one of the two. I spent my entire Friday afternoon trying to contact the provider to get the second prescription sent over. Once I finally reached someone over the phone, I explained that I was having trouble and that I wanted to get my prescription filled before the office closed for the week (because it was a Friday afternoon). I was told I shouldn't be making medication requests using the online portal. I had to call the office three separate times before the provider actually sent the second prescription over, at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. It shouldn't be this hard to contact the provider when they have made a mistake that results in not being able to get a prescription filled.
I felt like Dr.James Wright cared. He was friendly. I almost forgotten why I was there. He totally cared and made me apart of my health.

When I was there on the 5th of aug dr did not give me my refills I call the nurse said they don't answer all want was my inhaler ,muscle relaxers
