I made a physical appt, but neither the system or the office caught that I was not eligible so my appt had to be changed to an office visit.

James, was very personable and welcoming. Efficient, addressed my concerns and issues, right away. I was very comfortable with him.

Very helpful. Even got phone calls from the office while trying to get in. From a process standpoint, please alert users that they must complete the e-checkin prior to accessing the video capabilities. I was late because I didn't know it had that many questions.
