I very much appreciate that he carefully listened to me and provided clear explanations and options. He also provided a follow up strategy.

Very personable. I was impressed that Dr Paineni took his time to make sure I understood his answers to my questions. I'm so used to doctors rushing off to the next patient that I was concerned he was going to get behind. I really appreciated not being rushed. Most importantly, he was super thorough.

I like it when a provider listens and talks solutions. Dr. Paineni discussed a plan and solutions. He showed that he heard me and that he wants to identify a root cause and work on it. That's what I want in a doctor. Bedaide manor alone is not enough. Solutions is what we need.
