I am so frustrated for having arrived 7 minutes late. They kept me waiting for 50 minutes and I had to leave because they didn't attend to me. I left the office at 10:45 am, extremely disappointed by the care at that center.
I like the fact that this doctor provided me a detailed explanation of what he felt could be my problem, and he took time to explain to me what his course of treatment would be. He's very polite, and seems to care a great deal to help you with a treatment plan.

It was an emergency and this Dr. Listened to my and sent me in emergency room , because I had palpitations and irregular pulse. He is not my family Dr. , but he took seriously my ill and helped me immediately. Thank you Dr. P , you helped me very much , even if I wasn't your patient .

The interaction with the provider was as expected and I left with a plan to treat my symptoms. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to see the provider.
This was a first visit with Dr Paineni. He saw me because my regular health provider was unavailable. He provided excellent care and did appropriate testing.
