It is not the provider's issue. I can't get to the provider from the time he joined ATRIUM. I was waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 11 minutes to be able to leave a message, that the person who took the message will send a message to the provider's office. This is insane. The Atrium answering system is terrible. Nothing to do with the provider. He is great.
