The doctor was so thorough in his questions to me. He listened to what I had to say. I wish he had an office to see patients

I appreciate being able to have a virtual appointment for something that does not require an in person visit. It is helpful for my work schedule, and limits being exposed to germs during flu season.

This is nothing actually on the care provider but on the actual company or entity that is paying him and I've seen this kind of across the board with the virtual providers that they're just there and there's just a blank behind them whereas I think it would be a great idea, and I have heard this from others too, that they should display their credentials and licensed behind them. I mean, they went to school for this and worked hard to earn their degrees and I think they should be allowed to show them off, especially to people that they're communicating with. Just a thought.
