I'm really getting tired of Atrium providers chastising me for using otc analgesics but not providing any alternatives for me. They have a saccharine demeanor towards my issues and offer no help for me.

This is great way to see provider with an acute sickness. Being on immune suppression drugs I feel much safer not having to go to office in person. The provider was great.
He was very patient and helpful whe. I had problems getting access to the virtual appointment. Once we connected, he listened to my concerned, answered my questions and asked thoughtful follow up questions in order to make effective recommendations. I feel confident that he offered solutions that will get the relief from the issues that caused me to reach out.
I would of preferred seeing a doctor in person due to being diagnosed with pneumonia before to make sure it did not come back.
