Y'all do a great job, I really don't see any way to improve already what y'all do. I mean, you could have a coffee shop inside the office. Lol but other than that now y'all are top of the line service.
Spent 15+ minutes filling out form the day before my appointment with all my symptoms and what I thought could be causing them. I don't think the provider read any of it because he had no idea why I was there when the appointment eventually started. He was also late, I don't remember exactly how late but I think it was around 10 or 15 minutes. I understand stuff happens and doctors are late all the time, but he then acted like I was the problem for scheduling an online appointment over the weekend. He recommended I get an EKG even after I told him that I've already had multiple EKG's and a heart monitor with the same symptoms and they didn't provide any answers. Acted like because I made the appointment on a weekend, I needed immediate answers and kept saying how he couldn't do anything about it immediately and I should have made an in-office appointment. I made a weekend appointment because that was the time I had available when I wasn't working. I wasn't looking for immediate answers, but I never got a chance to tell the provider that cause he just kept on saying how he couldn't do anything right away. I also don't have a car, which is why I made an online appointment. I'm well aware of the limitations of an online appointment versus in person. I was hoping to get some lab work and other imaging ordered to be done the following week or soon after that I hadn't already done at my other doctor's office. Provider didn't mention any tests other than the EKG. When I mentioned recent abnormal lab results from my other doctor, he just said that he couldn't see them since they weren't through Atrium. He didn't take them into consideration or even acknowledge them even when I was able to clearly list them off and tell him the results from my online account with the other doctor's office.
He was very interested to address my concerns and help me get tested for previous chronic issues which I very much appreciated even though I had not thought about doing that for the appt. But really need it.

Dr. John Velasco was excellent. He took my concerns seriously and he was nice and made me feel comfortable. This appointment was quick and easy.
He took the time to listen and provided what I needed for the problem I had.

There was some problems with the Bluetooth connectivity on the call, but the doctor was great. He is a 10/10!!
