They always request that you arrive 15 mins. Ahead of your appt. I do that. Then I sit there in waiting room for 15 mins. Past my appt time. (Now I've been there 30 mins) called back to exam room. Sat another 15 mins. Before Dr Ward came in.

Dr. Ward listened to my concerns and followed through with a referral to a specialist instead of blowing off my concerns. I appreciate this.
