I know how busy she and the other doctors in this practice are, but it's frustrating that I'm asked to arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, but I'm not seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appt. Dr. Ward does take time to listen carefully and discuss which I'm grateful for. I'm sure all her patients appreciate her excellent care.
