Waiting room was very loud. Office staff laughing loudly, slow to respond to people trying to check in. Disrespectful to patients who are not feeling well.
She was very thorough about my situation and wanted all the information and details for her to know exactly what has been going on. Check my heart and my breathing, deep breathing and still breathing. Also checked the area where I was having pain? Explained what symptoms I have been experiencing and recommended the exploratory that was going to be preformed. Very professional and very knowledgeable and thorough with everything that was done in this appointment. She explained the doctor who would be the one performing the procedure. Very thorough on medication taking and if any symptoms that she would need to be aware of for this procedure that is going to be done. Made me very confident on everything that was going to be done.
