Julie was very attentive, relatable and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she checked back on my transferred records (from out of state) and that she welcomed hearing about my other throat & esophagus concerns. The office is also very efficiently run.

This was my first time seeing Dr. A. I was very impressed with her. She was very friendly, she put me at ease and she answered my questions.

The provider was excellent. Answered all my questions. Good listener and explainer. I'm just not the best with remembering details. The instruction sheet was a little confusing because I had thought it was for a different test. Perhaps a summary by the provider, at the end of the lengthy appointment, would have helped clarify what were the next steps for me, for the two tests prescribed.
