My appointment was at eleven a m.We arrived early.They took us back, did the x rays took my information.And at eleven, at ten minutes of eleven I sat there and waited to eleven fifteen when I finally asked, where was she five minutes later?She came in.That's really uncalled for because I know I was next in line and the other patient.She was just seeing left at eleven.I know this because it was an accident that I found out from the other assistant
She was great
The provider was extremely late getting to see me . I was on time had to wait 30min before she came into the room. Extremely frustrating
This was the first time I met this doctor and it was an absolute pleasure. She was very knowledgeable with my situation and explained things in a way I could understand. She had great bedside manners and overall was a joy to be around.
My condition was explained to my understanding in a comfortable manner.
