From my initial visit to the hospital er, everyone has provided me with excellent care every step of the way. My only concern is getting my prescriptions. I had no problem at the er. They ordered the prescription while I was there. My surgery day I had to work throughout the day trying to get my prescriptions. Everyone was very helpful but the person I spoke to had to relay my needs to someone else. My guess is that the person ordering meds was putting it through Express Scripts instead of my local pharmacy. They should have known I needed medication now instead of waiting for mail delivery. I had to make several calls instead of resting including choosing a different local pharmacy. I did not get my medication until the next day! I had my post op appointment Thursday and had to go through the same process to get my prescription and it was the next day again before I got it. At the office, I reminded them to use Walgreens and not Express Scripts. The problem is the person at the office had to call elsewhere , then someone else would call in the prescription. It shouldn't be that hard. Other than my problem with the medication I have been given the best of care. Thank you

I have been coming here for the last 15 years, I have never had a bad experience. They are very professional and do not hold back on your problem and what it should take to fix it. As long as this place is here i will not go anywhere else
We waited almost over 10-15 minutes to be seen by the provider. Only for her to be in the room for only 5 and tell us to keep doing what we're doing.
