I waited for the 9:40 call from 9:30 until 10:50 with no provider ever connecting. I finally called and set up a virtual visit with a provider from Norwood office. It went well.

I had no problem with the provider. I do not like repeating myself to multiple people. I sent a message through MyChart to my MD. Then I had to repeat everything to the RN that called me, setting up a virtual appointment. Then I had to repeat everything to the providers assistant and then to the provider. I feel this is unnecessary and irritating.

The provider was late and seemed tired, frustrated and rushed. She asked again for the information I had given twice - first in on-line check-in and again in conversation with another person introduced as "helping" her before she came on the screen. I'm hoping it was just a bad day rather than her usual operating procedure.
