Kristen is wonderful! She listens carefully and follows thru on the healthcare plan. She is very knowledgeable and at the same time ensures that you understand exactly what she is ordering and why. I would recommend her to anyone! On the other hand, I have tried to make a payment for the visit thru my chart and it never processes. It's frustrating.
