The appointment was scheduled for 4:30 but my child and I didn't see the provider until 5pm. It would have been nice to get some kind of indicator telling us the provider is delayed or at least a check in every few minutes by staff.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable very nice with a good bedside manner and took her time to explain things to me, which I appreciated
