I've always enjoyed my visits with Dr Heitbrink. I started seeing him in the early 2000's. He's a straight shooter and realistic . Always has provided excellent care.

Dr Heitbrink has for 30 years been my primary care doctor. When he retires, I wish him well, I will be sad

This was a new provider and he was "nice" but did not address my complaints. Some of the conversation was not relevant to my complaints.
