Dr. Heitbrink is the first physician out of all of the PCP's and specialists I have seen here in Matthews & Charlotte NC to have reviewed my chart prior to walking into the exam room and actually knew my previous medical history along with the information I presented with that day. I was pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to spend 50% or more of my appointment time bringing the provider up to date on what was already in my chart just so we could begin. As a result, we were able to spend adequate time on the reason for my appointment covering all issues not missing anything. He was thorough, personable, and professional throughout the appointment. Then to top that, he repeated a synopsis of everything we discussed making sure I understood and if I had any questions. Then followed through with providing practice information for how to contact him if needed and when my next recall appointment was expected. The appointment felt complete, I felt well cared for and every need - including expired prescriptions I needed being filled - was met. Thank you for all of that. And, thank you Dr. Heitbrink.

6th of September was my first time of visiting this facility and am very much impressed, Dr. Heitbrink was very gentle, listened to all my concerns and address every detail. I have found a primary care physician I have been looking for. Thank you guys for your excellent care.

Dr. Heitbrink is an excellent physician. He listens to my concerns, diagnoses the issue, is blunt when he needs to be and is always friendly and professional. Six years ago I lived an hour away and have other doctors much closer. I would not go anywhere else and will stay a patient of Dr. Heitbrinks for as long as he maintains his practice.

I can not tell you how impressed I am with Dr Heitbrink and his team. He is thorough and research based in diagnosing and treating my symptoms. He is patient and listens to my concerns and questions. Dr Heitbrink is an excellent practitioner, and I would (and have) recommended him to others. His experience in healthcare makes him a knowledgeable asset to the Atrium "experience."

Dr. Heitbrink has been my doctor for many, many years at Mint Hill Primary Care. He has always been an excellent doctor for my care. He and his staff are excellent.
