I am a new patience and the doctor did an outstanding job, understanding my health, issues, concerns. Doctor was easy to talk to , listened well, and provided easy to understand direction!! Really pleased I found this doctor as a new patient.

The video connection was bad, but I really like Dr. Heitbrink. However, I wish I could have spent more time with him on the call since I am on disability and currently home bound. Because of this, it is hard for me to come into the office.
