Front desk and staffing was better than the previous visit
Dr Mark Maliki and his staff were all wonderful to meet and work with in dealing with my medical issue. They and their UR practice are top notch.

I understand that this was a referral from another physician however I feel like my time And the doctors could have been better utilized if he would have reviewed my medical history prior to the consultation it would have sped up the procedure. NowI am having to wait an additional month to see a general surgeon and then try and coordinate their surgery schedules before the end of the year I understand that I would have still had to see this provider as well to discuss his portion of the procedure

My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and despite arriving at 7:30 AM, I was not seen until nearly 8:40 AM. Having just finished a 12-hour shift, I was hoping to be seen on time, particularly as the first patient of the morning. Unfortunately, that did not happen, which left me pressed for time with other obligations throughout the day. In addition, I was disappointed that the physician did not appear familiar with my medical history. I found myself having to explain past details that I would have expected to be reviewed prior to the appointment. This left me without a strong sense of confidence, especially considering that I recently had a negative experience with another urologist and scheduled this visit specifically for a second opinion. There are important steps that need to be completed before my follow-up in about four weeks, and I sincerely hope that the next appointment is a more efficient and reassuring experience moving forward.

I dont have anything against the doctor or his knowledge but my appointment was at 10.30 am and I got to see the doctor at 11.45 am. When I asked people about what was going on, all I was told was if I wanted to reschedule. I understand that everyone can be late but failing to inform your patients that you'll be considerably late is just not professional. There's no other business that I can think of would charge you for a service and make you wait for almost 1.5 hours without informing you why you're waiting that long. Again, I don't think it's doctor's fault that nobody communicated with me about this issue but I was almost late to my work due to this inconvenience
