Wondering what happened to the urinalysis results, didn't post. Didn't really discuss my issues, apart from saying I'd gone too long between treatments. Procedure was done professionally and relatively pain free.

Service once the appointment is made is great. Trying to reach ANYONE to make an appointment or get a return call is impossible whether you try online or call. Last time I called I waited 33 minutes before being connected to to appointment desk. I also tried the online method - it's counterintuitive to use and in the end it wasn't applicable because I was trying to change an appointment with a specialist- ??? If I wasn't already happy with Dr Makhuli I'd look elsewhere for medical service.
