As always, Ms. Sherrill was very thorough with me. She is very personable and compassionate. I always feel I am getting the BEST care possible without losing the one on one. Most people feel pushed and hurried with healthcare...especially virtual visits. Ms. Sherrill has a gift with her presence in a virtual setting. I cannot brag on her enough. My friend was sitting beside me during our call and she commented about how pleasant my call was!

Knew my needs and what to ask

I felt like she really listened to my concerns and made her prescribing decisions based on our video call and conversation. Too bad she doesn't keep office hours in Harrisburg or Concord or I might opt for her as my primary care provider. I liked her manner very much.
