Michelle Sherrill was very kind & listened to me intently. She was able to respond to me & actually address my issues. When she realized she wouldn't be able to treat me she let me know the telehealth video would be no cost but she cont'd letting me know she would send a message to my primary care so I could get the help needed.

I had never done a video visit and was very pleased with the process and the Nurse Practitioner, Michele . She was very thorough looking at my chart and was receptive at sending meds. Sometimes folks feel too bad to go to the Dr and that also puts others at risk. I had to follow up to get additional med as she had instructed if needed. Once again sent something that helped more
