The best about everything

It is always a pleasure having an appointment with Dr. Patel and his staff. Every person in his office goes out of his or her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome; and they are very willing to accommodate requests for changes in their procedures if it is possible. In our case, they made it possible to share one appointment for both my husband and me for our annual skin checkups. This saves us an extra round trip to the office and saved us parking and dealing with Charlotte traffic. Dr. Patel is very personable and efficient; and he answered all of our questions succinctly. He set me at my ease regarding a need for a followup visit very reassuringly. I could not ask for better service.
