I've waited since May for the appointment which took about 12 minutes. I've never been to a dermatologist before so I believe I received a good exam and was told I had good skin with no problems.
Dr Patel was quick and confident in a diagnosis and presented me with several options and reasons for choosing them. He also did a biopsy of an area that I was concerned with again leaving me in charge to decide that. I love that he addressed all my concerns seriously and let me have a choice in the actions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Having taken so long to get to see the doctor, by the time I got there, the issue I was having seemed to have gone away. Since there was no longer an issue to discuss, the doctor basically said have a nice day. Considering I was seeing a dermatologist, though the initial problem went away on its own, one would have thought that the doctor would have done a routine examination just to make sure everything else looked OK - but that did not happen. I walked away very disappointed. One would think that Atrium has our best interest in mind, but, that was not the case with this visit.
