I'm a person with bad hearing problem. Dr. Roy and the other staff was very patient and make sure I did understand every thing that was said.
I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. I went to the nurse and asked what was the problem. She moved me up so I saw the doctor faster. Maybe not book so tight. It was pretty inconsiderate to have to wait.
The staff was SUPERIOR!
