MD was thorough and professional, maybe distracted, but effective. Staff was sullen, unsmiling and rooming tech had very thick accent, brusque manner. Job got done, but not friendly.
Dr. Roy is one of the best urologist in Charlotte. He's always attentive, nice and caring. Staff is always great also.
His office called me the afternoon of the appt to say "come on down". I was just leaving the restaurant for the appt, so I didn't get there but just minutes before my appointment, but I appreciated their thought.
I do like they really treated me and the way they explain all the procedures
