I left the office feeling traumatized after talking with the doctor and PA about the possible ramifications of my issue. Not a good experience.

Directions to the office are pathetic!!!! No guidance on where to park, building #(I or II,) and inconsistent signage take away from what otherwise might have been a terrific visit.

The PA I saw for a surgery followup answered all the questions I had written down to ask. She provided explanations and expectations. She was friendly and patient with me.
