My experience was positive. However, before my appt. When I made the appt. I asked what provider I would be seeing. I was told that someone would see me and they had several doctors available. When I was at my appt. I asked again who I would be seeing and was told that they have several doctors and the first available would see me. The PA saw me and was very knowledgeable. I would have preferred to know ahead of time who I would be seeing.

Rachelle is excellent. She explains everything and a man and what you understand and if you ask questions she answers them so you have a complete understanding. She has no problem looking up things to clarify the reason you came in. She also references past visits and she is a perfect PA.
