Waited 45 min to see the doctor and the waiting room was empty. No apology or acknowledgment of keeping us waiting

I switched to this provider because with my previous provider I felt like a just a number with no personalized care. Even though this was my first visit i could sense from the moment i checked in that this was going to be a different experience

I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door, very polite, I was a little late for my appointment and the workered me right in with minimal wait, Dr. Brooks was thorough with my health plan and I felt very comfortable in her recommendations for my health plan.

Dr. Brooks and staff are outstanding. Professional, courteous and most important understanding of the needs and care for their patients. I have come a long way improving my health due to their services.

Quick and efficient appointment. My concerns were addressed and care plan discussed.
