Check in was uncomfortable with the woman at the desk wanting my family to wear masks. Nobody else had masks on and we'd rather not wear masks. Pre-covid nobody wore masks and the world was just fine. Seems like a form of control being leveraged. Then, knowing you were treating a sick child neither the nurse nor doctor came in for their exam wearing masks.
