Rada Brooks is an amazing doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. We are so lucky to have her as our family doctor!
Dr. Brooks listened attentively and answered my questions. The nurse who did my intake was very nice and welcoming. As well, the staff checking me in was very cordial and welcoming. All in all I had a great experience for my first time there as a new patient.
i waited an hour for the provider to be told she was dealing with a cardiac emergency. team should have communicated prior about the situation rather than wasting my time.
Really like Dr.Brooks just wish she could be better at time. Not sure if she's just overbooked but she's always running behind.
