I arrived early and was actually seen early. Fabulous! We discussed all relevant topics,( not certain about exercise...that i discuss with my internist). It was a good and complete visit. I will return for problems/annual exam.
Dr. James listens and doesn't rush. He goes through all the alternatives and then answers questions. I always feel like I'm heard and that he cares about me as a patient.

While I fully understand the demands of a busy clinical environment, I felt the appointment was rushed and that most of my concerns were not fully heard or addressed.I value compassionate, patient-centered care, and during this visit I felt that the pace and communication left little opportunity for discussion or questions. This made the experience feel very insensitive and impersonal. I appreciate the care your office provides and hope future visits can allow for more attentive interaction.

Dr James was kind and professional and made me feel comfortable during the visit. His nurse was also lovely.
I'm grateful for Dr. James and the scheduling team for helping me when I went to the wrong location and she got me into an appointment that day as I am a new patient and had waited 9 days for an appt that I really needed (after urgent care) so it was REALLY appreciated and I felt everyone went above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable.
