We outlined short term and long term goals but mostly short term to address my discomfort. I appreciate them keeping the appointment concise (again, I was already in pain).

I was happy with this visit

This was my first time/visit as a new patient. I didn't really enjoy my visit, simply because I got more than what I bargained for. However, they were absolutely amazing and had patience with me as I had a biopsy on the spot. They were kind and gentle with me. While, I felt most of it, he provided me a moment to catch my breath and calm down as I was squirming and crying because of the pain I felt. Anesthesia took a minute to kick in so, I didn't go numb until the very end. I absolutely hated that moment but I was so appreciative that he took my visit seriously and wanted to get to the bottom of it immediately. I'm sure I got on his nerves a little bit because of my response to what I felt but he handle it like a champ. The nurses were super kind and sweet. I would recommend him any day, simply because he didn't waste anytime trying to rule out what could be wrong. He was prompt, knowledgeable of what could be wrong and shook my hand. Great job everyone.

I've been seeing Dr. James for several years, and he has always been an excellent provider for my annual visits. When I found out I needed surgery and wasn't sure what my next steps would look like, I was so relieved to learn that he would be performing it. My surgery went exceptionally well, which I credit to his expertise and skill. At my follow-up, he took the time to thoroughly explain my new diagnosis to me and my family and never made me feel rushed when I had questions. I'm incredibly thankful for his care and would recommend him to anyone.
