You really need to improve AI answering system. Anytime I call i get the same BS, "We are experiencing High Call Volume". That's so 2000.....
Blood had to be redrawn due to lab mishandling. I didn't mind because everything else went so smoothly.

Very nice folks at front desk. Initial nurse interaction, blood work and X-ray techs were excellent. The doctor's approach to my care was excellent. Highly recommend.

Nobody. Me, the nurse, or the Doctor seemed to remember why I was there but, I had been instructed by my doctor to schedule the appointment. Maybe it was to be checked after a second bout with Covid!
I was not happy that I was told that I would have to wait 45 minutes for xray technician to come to work and then 1hour later told I would have to wait 35 minutes more or go to imaging center 10 miles away. I choose to go to imaging center because didn't know when xray technician would come to work. Not happy about service I got. Also had to demand to be referred to specialist.
