I still don't understand why I had to wait an hour to see my physician. When I came in and anniunced myself, I was waived into the waiting room. And for 45 minutes, nothing. I had to return to the main desk, where they thought I was a "no show". How could I be a now show when I arrived on time, was waved into the waiting area, and waited 45 minutes before returning to the front desk
