I really like Dr. Kelley and the way he handles my health care. He includes me on decisions and concerns I have. Also the nurses that I see before the doctor are very nice and make me feel calm even though a doctors visit can be a bit stressful.

Dr Kelley is always up to speed on my current conditions and medications status. He always asks about how I've been feeling and if I have had any changes or anything new to address. I couldn't ask for a more attentive doctor who always wants to know if I have any questions or any concerns.

He listens, give good medical advice but gives you the option after explaining clearly what those options mean. I have been with the same provider for years and so thankful I found a good one.

I always have an exceptional experience at Carmel Family - the providers and staff are always courteous and professional, listen to my concerns and questions and provide excellent service and follow-up. I also enjoy using the patient portal which is very efficient.

Maybe this is the case with all physicals- but doesn't seem like hardly anything is checked anymore, annual physicals used to be much more comprehensive. Like vision, hearing, and basic oral health are not checked anymore for instance.

The doctor is very attentive and clear, he cares a lot about ensuring that the patient has no doubts and leaves as calm as possible, he makes many recommendations for having a healthy life.
