As a new patient visit, I was extremely surprised at the soon appointment; the ease of check-in after doing the online process; the office lobby was clean; my wait to be called back was less than 15 minutes. The nurse who got my vitals and did blood work was courteous and efficient. Dr. Pollack - did NOT disappoint. I was referred to him and he was fabulous. I am very pleased and thankful to be a patient here.

This physician I seen isn't my general family doctor. Although I have seen him once or twice in the past because my provider wasn't available right away or out of office. He was very thorough, kind, and attentive to my concerns. Even contacted me after hours with questions I had about my appointment. To me that is outstanding provider care and I wished all doctors were as caring and compassionate at and with their patients as Dr. Pollack.
